W. Lemke & Associates, has been providing a variety of process serving services since 2001 through out the State of Oregon with national forwarding services.

We offer service of process on small claims, writ of garnishments, summons & complaints, subpoena's, notices and a variety of other legal documents. We provide services to individuals, collection companies, attorney's, corporations and finance companies.

Our small claims division handles the preparation of claims, skip-tracing, judgment preparation, garnishment preparation (issued by our in-office attorney), satisfactions along with the actual execution of service. After service of small claims, we execute any additional required mailings and the filing of the return of service.

Currently W. Lemke & Associates operates with a Legal Coordinator, five Process Servers and one Administrative Assistant.

Wally Lemke began serving documents for a variety of Portland based companies in 2000 along with gaining experience by working with in the office of a large volume company. In 2001 Mr. Lemke developed W. Lemke & Associates and has since proceeded to grow the company in to what it is today.
