All eviction requests received by 11:30 AM are prepared and filed every judicial day in Clackamas, Multnomah & Washington Counties. We accept requests by fax, email, mail or hand delivery , all to make our service more available to you. After establishing an account with us we will place you on a billing system, request services now and pay later (OAC).
