Bahr Lemke formally Bahr & Associates, has been providing landlord appearances for Residential Eviction first appearances since 1999 through out the State of Oregon.

Our staff specializes and participates in mediation of the parties to resolve a variety of landlord / tenant issue's on behalf of the landlord, and in the best interest of the landlord per their instructions during the first appearance hearing. Bahr Lemke has extensive experience appearing for both individual property owners and large property management companies. Currently Bahr Lemke operates with one Senior Representative, three Assistant Representatives and one Administrative Assistant.

Wally Lemke joined the firm Bahr & Associates in 2003 as an Associate, in 2005 he was appointed as a Senior Associate. In the first quarter of 2007 a new company was formed, Bahr Lemke and was placed under Mr. Lemke's administration.
